3.99% Rate Buydown CCM: First Texas Homes has secured promotional financing through CrossCountry Mortgage Branch 3861 (“Preferred Lender”) using a limited pool of committed funds. This financing is made available through a builder-funded forward commitment with additional lender-funded rate incentives. The promotional rate is available for a limited time until the pool of funds is depleted or the rate commitment expires, whichever occurs first.
